We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.
Rules
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

Superior Sound Quality: It produces a bright, rich tone similar to an accordion or harmonica. The internal brass reeds are specially treated with a corrosion-resistant coating to prevent moisture damage and maintain tuning stability.

Responsive Playability: Each key features its own suspension spring and anti-vibration guides. This provides a “smooth” feel, making it easier to play complex melodies or chords compared to budget models.

Airtight Design: Yamaha uses seamless rubber seals to prevent air leakage, ensuring that every bit of breath is converted into sound, which offers excellent dynamic control.

Moisture Management: Includes a water drain button (spit valve) to easily clear out condensation that accumulates during play, helping to preserve the life of the reeds.

The P-32D typically comes as a complete kit for immediate play:

Fixed Mouthpiece: For playing while holding the instrument with one hand.

Flexible Extension Pipe: Allows you to place the instrument on a table and play it like a piano with both hands.

Hard Protective Case: A sturdy blue plastic case that protects the instrument during transport and can often double as a music stand.
Note: While the newer P-32E model has been released as a successor, the P-32D remains a favorite among purists and educators for its classic design and robust hard-shell case.
